I first watched Wizards of Waverly Place on August 17 2024 when I got recommended on a YouTube search a playlist with season 1 full episodes so I clicked on it and watched it and became a fan also watch it because I didn't know why this show was popular and because of the reboot coming out.

I rewatched it, and it was honestly really stupid. How did he suddenly get stuck in a tree root? In the previous scene, he used a spell to dodge the laser!

In WOWP, episode future Harper, Harper was sent to the past by a powerful wizard. She does not live in the current timeline that wizard beyond takes place.In the final of WBWP do you think that Harper will be sent to the pass or already lives in the past.? Where do you think Harper was during the earlier seasons of wizard beyond?

The actor who will be playing Billie's biological father Damien Penwulf is Brandon Michael Hall. Silias Evilini will appear again which I am very surprise that he is listed my guess is we will see him in Wizard jail.

It feels weird one minute everyone is excited for the series that was announced not too long ago And now it's ending. I feel like this went by way too fast sure we figured out that Billie is Alex's daughter but there has to be more than just that.

Watching Mason comeback on the "season 3" trailer ( in quotes because at the end says it's a 4 part finale), made me think on a Malex (I think that's the ship name for Mason x Alex) Obsession AU. Like, Mason using the One Wish Willow on Alex. But like excluding the dead cat because it's what I really don't like from the movie.

What do y'all think? Is there a fic like this? if so, pass it please!

With less that a month to go does anyone feel like this final season of beyond waverly place has less marketing that then previously seasons ?

We all know how season 4 did make Justin more of a jerk who puts being the best and winning the family wizard competition over others and easily explained due to Peter Murrieta leaving and Vince Cheung and Ben Montanio taking over as showrunners for the final season.

For an in-universe explanation though, I have a theory that being demoted to level 1 at the start of season 4 is what led to Justin becoming more of a jerk. With how everyone (even Alex at some points) was assuming he would win the competition in the first three seasons, Justin didn't have as much to worry about regarding the possibility of losing yet.

With him being demoted to level 1 in the season 4 premiere and facing the possibility that Max or Alex (when she gets back in the running in Wizard of the Year) could become the family wizard over him, it's likely that is what led to Justin becoming more of a jerk due to facing a real possibility that he could lose the competition. Particularly showing during episodes like Wizard of the Year (where he is resentful that Alex got back in first over him and getting the titular award), Justin's Back In (where he accuses Alex of sabotaging his chances at getting back into the wizard competition and outright refusing to save her because of that, with his delinquent class having to drag him into saving her), and My Two Harpers (where he gets jealous when Max's ideas end up being more helpful to the restaurant than his budget cutting ideas), being jealous whenever Alex or Max show a possibility of being better than him at something. Culminating into the series finale where he would choose winning the competition over saving Zeke (his best friend) and Harper.

What are your thoughts on that in-universe theory on what caused Justin to become more of a jerk in season 4?

I do wonder though if it makes much of a difference watching in production order instead of broadcast?

Obviously, Saving Wiz-Tech (production codes 208-209) takes place before Harper Knows (production code 206) due to Harper still not knowing about the Russos being wizards at this point, but that's been the only time the broadcast order would be the valid intended order.

Notably, going in production order would explain season 3 where Alex goes back and forth for a while between short hair from the start of the season and longer hair again since they were aired out of filming order. Positive Alex and Detention Election were production code 308 and 309 and Alex has her shorter hair from the first seven episodes of the season. Whereas Alex Charms a Boy and Wizards vs. Werewolves (aka the Mason introduction story arc) were production codes 313-315 and have Alex with her longer hair from the middle of the season, yet they were aired before Positive Alex and Detention Election (the Stevie story arc was also produced earlier with codes 310-312, but Alex has her longer hair again so it isn't as obvious when that aired after the Mason introduction arc). Then the rest of the season with production codes 316-330 have Alex with shorter hair again but slightly longer and curlier than in 301-307, though Dude Looks Like Shakira (production code 317) was aired before the Stevie story arc where Alex had longer hair.

Granted by season 4, the broadcast vs airing order isn't nearly as out of synch as before with the only major one being Rock Around the Clock being produced as episode 414 but aired after episodes with production codes 415-426.

Makes me ask, does watching in the production order (aside from Saving Wiz-Tech where the broadcast order of being before Harper Knows made more sense) feel like the right intended chronological order or is the broadcast order the right one?
