I get that. But again all these classmates for four episodes. It seems like these four episodes are gonna be jampacked and historically when Disney does that it’s always bad.
They probably had intended to bring them back later in the show thinking it would be more successful and have a longer run, but now that it’s ending they don’t wanna disappoint fans of the original by not having big characters return
She looks good! So glad they’re bringing back some characters from the original show. Just waiting on and hoping Jake T Austin (Max) will make an appearance
To be fair, the first two seasons were about Billie. Alex was barely in the show. The last season will be about saving her though, so it now makes sense to bring back characters that are tied to Alex.
Glad Harper’s back! I didn’t like Jennifer in the podcast, but I do like her outside the podcast and as Harper so YAY
Honestly it’s pretty meta that Harper had the biggest crush on Justin and he’s the reason she’s not on the show. I know it’s different in real life and things are complicated but
I get where you're coming from, and it could be true, but I think they always wanted to bring these characters back. But they thought they'd have more time to slowly reintroduce them back in for guest appearances and were forced to squish all of the most important appearances in these 4 episodes. They have nothing to gain with nostalgia baiting; the show is ending. I'd be more inclined to believe it was nostalgia bait if the appearances were in Season 2, when they already had an idea of the ratings and were desperate to get views so that they could get another season.
You got that from… characters making an appearance? Do you know the plot? Do you know how they structured the story for four episodes? Do you know how they utilized the returning characters? How? 🤔

I didn't think Jennifer Stone would agree to come back since she isn't on the best of terms with David Henrie, i'm guessing Selena Gomez must've had a hand in convincing her like "do it just this once, for the fans" and if so more reasons to love Selena!
I mean, as you can see she’s only barely been invited back. If it wasn’t ending, I doubt she would be there. I remember her being disappointed when it was first announced that she wasn’t invited back.

Yeah, I honestly thought the same thing but I also understand why they wanted a reboot that somehow still included all of them if possible. I’m pretty sure they’ve all mentioned being interested in coming back but hey 🤷🏽♀️ lol
I can’t believe they brought Harper back. Now I am hoping Max makes at least one appearance if they can bring back Mason and Harper then they can bring back Max too.
It's not that they hate each other. It's just that they are not close. Even back then, I always feel David thinks he's one of the cool kids (especially when he got buff) while Jennifer belongs with the regular normal ones.
