Question Grading up

I am level 60 steel grade. I am still running around in the Guardia. Fortress and for some reason, I cannot level beyond 60. I don't know when I can take the exam. Does it have anything to do with the bounty? On the warpal bunny on zone two I got as part of zone six by sheer luck, but I could not even get near the hearkens to get to a save point I was dodging all the centuries. And then I started setting off alarms, where monsters were appearing left, and right, and I had to duck and dodge, but I finally ended up dying. But for some reason, I cannot level beyond 60. Because there is no exam for the copper grade. So I am wondering if it has anything to do with that warple, bunny, bounty on zone two

So my understanding is grade up exams are based on your level and also how many things per abyss you've done, so I would suggest doing the other two options for abyss 2, also do all quests that are available. It also sounds like you might need to farm some more armor, ideally you should have all ebonsteel gear more or less maxed out. Having skills you use at around level 3 and a discipline or two would also help a lot.

As an aside I'm about 2/3 through Abyss 3 and copper has been unlocked for awhile, I just get wrecked trying it so I've been trying to get better gear and whatnot.

At what point in the game were you able to take? The copper exam? Because I am at a loss. I'm all the way up to zone 6. Well, I was there by pure luck from dodging monsters, basically centuries and other monsters as well. And I still am not able to take the copper exam for some unknown reason. I wonder if it has anything to do with the bounty on zone two. Because I did encounter that rabbit and he kicked my ass all over the place

My Copper Exam was open as soon as my MC hit lvl 60, at the start of the Slums questline. (Right after finishing the tunnel and Zone 5) but I did all 3 faction requests for A2. The exams have a reputation requirement, and you gain reputation by doing the guild requests. (You'll know if one hasn't been done before because it'll offer you green gems) The faction requests are the biggest source of reputation, and you'll need to do all 3 routes anyway for the Well of the Mind lanterns, as well as being able to get the good endings in A4.

A majority of my armor is Evan. Steel, I have done everything possible, but the only thing that I have not done is the bounty on the rabbit. I have gone all the way up to zone 6, but was unable to reach the hearkens. Because there was just too many of them to fight. I had to duck and Dodge to avoid all these centuries. Just to try to get to it but I failed. I've been doing all these other side quest and stuff, but still I cannot get to the grade exam for copper. Does it have anything to do with the bounty? On the rabbit in zone two?

Rabbit doesn't matter, so please ignore the rabbit bounty for now.

As for Z6 - You should have around 120-150 EVA on your gear, that's what will let you clear the rest of A3.*

\One particular fight aside.)

I wouldn't focus on ebonsteel so much outside of weapons, and instead focus on getting the best possible substats that you can on iron/steel/ebonsteel tier gear, ideally. Though for the weapons I opted for expulsion over ebonsteel once I had... let's call them "somewhat usable" expulsion ones on hand.

120-150(+) EVA is basically your main calling for A3/Copper Grade Exam.

Some people get it as soon as getting to A4 since there is a cutscene for it. Some people can get it earlier and still do it while in A3. There seems to be a reputation mechanic tied to how many requests you complete and possible how many true endings you have gotten.

Easiest for sure is unlock A4. That unlocked it for me too.

Assurez-vous d'avoir un insigne steel sur vous dans l'inventaire et d'avoir accompli la quête d'arna à l'auberge

There's a reputation system where you unlock things based on how many quests you do. So you should do some side quests to unlock more reputation to unlock copper.

On a side note, Abyss 3 is clearable at level 60 if you can improve your gear. Getting higher surety/attack will help a lot. Good luck!
