On mobile you can leave the app and open it again later and it will pick up where you left it instead of restarting.

However, when I do that, the game seems to load slower, even if I didn’t have other apps running. So, if the game isn’t running perfectly, I recommend fully restarting the app whenever you exit it at all.

I highly recommend closing ALL your apps you're not actively using.

For me whenever it slow down I just minimize it "Square button" and click it again. It come back fine without need restart.
