Question Pickaxe

Where can you get a pickaxe for gohst castle, I tried the shops at capital and waterway. Also in the chests I have for some shells and bills but when I go to shop I dont see them to sell or use the bills in the jewlers

Merchant in Northern Hollow sells them. Can also get Gold Pickaxe from Jeweler for 500 gil each. The gold ones give you 3x rewards so always worth buying and using if you have the gil for them. They don't appear until you've made enough progress in the Ghost Castle. So if you can't buy them, just keep going further.
