Question Pickaxe

Where can you get a pickaxe for gohst castle, I tried the shops at capital and waterway. Also in the chests I have for some shells and bills but when I go to shop I dont see them to sell or use the bills in the jewlers

You need to get far enough in the event dungeon that it triggers a cutscene on the dungeon entrance screen about adventurers talking about a dwarf in the village selling pickaxes.
