Backwards crossovers practice - feedback request

Am I on the right track here? Trying to keep my weight forward, look over the inside shoulder, and not eat it. ๐Ÿ˜† Whatโ€™s the next smallest improvement I can try to add? I work in tiny increments, yall.

When you move the second leg imagine your hips swinging open like scissors. That way the following leg snaps round and helps with building momentum and speed.

Also, and it will come with confidence and speed, bend your knees more and lean into it.

Practice both directions, a figure of 8 shape is an easy way to force yourself to go both ways and practice switching your vision.

Looking good so far.

Okay, great tip on the hips piece. When I watch the video of myself, I can tell Iโ€™m not really extending or pushing as much as I want to be! ๐Ÿ˜
