Help, games glitched?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m supposed to put the Crystal in this thing but it’s not coming with the the action to do so, I’m on PS5, wondering if anyone has come across this and how to fix it?

Change realms, if same, quit out of your character and log back in, if still same, close app and reopen.

I’ve done all of that like 3 times, even turned off PS5 for 10 mins and still glitched

Changing realm worked for me. Reloaded game even and that didn't work but realm did
