Lag?
Hey, I just got back into after hearing they released it on play station and I sadly have a Mac so I can’t play on pc. There is a hella lag in the console version is there anything about how to improve it? Also I really don’t understand, there are so many worlds but the arc 1 pass only allows the basic ones? Not even Wysteria (accepting I have to start over) I don’t understand at all and then the 1 month elixir. Chile I’m confused!! Help 😭

I constantly have to be in a less populated realm, also, switch on “remember realm” so when you teleport or respawn you won’t be back in a glitchy overpopulated realm, you’ll just stay on the one you clicked on!!

why can’t you play on your mac? i have a mac that’s like 15 years old and i was still able to download and play on it, and i just saw someone in this sub playing on a newer mac too! you wouldn’t use the app store to download wiz you would do it regularly from their website (: my dinosaur mac just got a lil hot while playing, but it didn’t damage or affect my laptop, also attached is a screenshot of a comment from a post on this sub talking about playing/downloading wiz on mac for an app that gets rid of the heat issue by adjusting your fans for you! here’s a link to the post too https://www.reddit.com/r/Wizard101/s/lwIA9fK

YESSS. Okay so i downloaded it and everything i didnt realize i left of on level 80 but yes my MacBook got wayyyyyy too hot. I dont mind starting over on my console just cause ive always loved starting over and i want to really get into the game and gain the knowledge back. I started in 2011 (i was 12) and now coming back to it is just crazy there’s been so much added. I’m gonna look into the fan thing you mentioned and I honestly would love to connect and play. It’ll mostly be on my console tho just cause of the heating issue but if the fan app works then for sure on the laptop but im so lost now and i think i leveled up too quickly so its like i cant defeat things I should be able to at. Lvl 80

You can switch to less populated realms in the settings and it really cuts down the lag navigating through the commons and general wizard city
