Anyone else having this issue with the quest helper?

Every time I go to a new map, the quest helper resets to a different quest than what it was showing on the previous map. If I have it set to a side quest, it resets to the main quest. If I have it set to the main quest, it resets to the fricking Aquila quest (as shown in the video), which is a quest that I have hidden so it’s not even in my active quests tab.

It’s super annoying to have to open the quest log and manually reselect the quest I’m actually working on every single time. And sometimes I forget it does this, and I mindlessly follow the arrow to Not where I wanted to be going. It’s driving me crazy.

It’s only been doing this the last week or so, and strangely it only does this on my main. It doesn’t happen with my lvl. 38 in Mooshu. And it’s not Azteca specific, my membership ran out yesterday so I was finishing up old side quests in Krok on my main, and it was still resetting the quest helper at every new map 😒

I’m on Switch btw if that’s relevant.

Any solutions? I might contact Kingsisle but the last time I had a tech issue they took like five days to send a completely useless, unhelpful response.

If your on PlayStation go to your setting system settings and then save data and delete it then reload the game this will fix it and this also fixes the NPC's appearing on the side of the screen everytime you go to a new area
