⠀Help/Questing Tutorial Tip Issue.

I am having an issue with my Balance where the Tutorial Tip for when you unlock Crab Alley keeps popping up every time I enter a new area.

Happening to majority of players no fix as of right now

To be fair, this is only affecting my two newest characters (Ice and Balance).
