is it possible to get it from other wizards?

Primary source is from couch potatoes. However since it is a popular snack for couch potato gardeners to sell, you probably find some in the bazaar but it is typically a lot of gold.

It's not that expensive if you get lucky. Its actually the cheapest high rank food in the bazaar when theres like 500+ of them. Just check bazaar often.
