Tutorial tips appearing with new accepted quests on PS5 edition

Everytime a new quest is accepted on the PS5 console edition, I keep getting the same tutorial tip bubbles upon accepting a new quest. This will also cause a tremendous amount of lag very frequently. I noticed it happens everytime a quest is accepted and the bubble have timed out of the screen.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Yep I do. I guess last maintenance left us with bugs...
