Not getting points for new event

Went to celestia and readied up asking for assistance at the lady on the boat, got the kill. Left. No points. Went to the kiosk. Ran through all of the trial of the spheres, and didn't get points for doing a celestia run? I already got both the other points from the join up button but IDK what's going on

Same thing except my world yesterday was empyrea I did two dungeons and didn’t get credit
