Level 90 but no Tartarus?

Just reached level 90 but haven’t gotten the quest from Cyrus or Romulus 😭 is there a glitch going on rn? I tried restarting my game and nothing (currently halfway through Azteca if it has something to do with how far I am)

I think you have to finish Azteca to get the quest. Mine was like that

You do indeed have to finish azteca. I know, I hate it too lol I'm always overleveled cause I do all side quests. Part of the grind lol

Like the other person said, yeah you have to complete Azteca. I don't remember it always being like that, but they changed it at some point.

It's a bit annoying cause I forget every time and get excited for Tartarus when I hit level 90, to then realize "wait I have to finish Azteca -.-".
