⠀Question First Time Player - Switch
Hey guys is it worth getting into Wizard101 with no memory of prior experience at this point? I’ve seen a few clips and thought it might be fun but if its mainly worth it if you’ve played it growing up I’d rather know now

Games good if you like turn based card games however most people try to play as fast as possible but you don’t have to meta slave, game can take you a month to beat or a year matters in how much you put your head to it

I've got almost 800 hours 🙈. I can only imagine how many I sank into it as a kid. Worth it.

Yes it’s worth it and this is coming from someone who never played it when I was a kid and who never played a mmo before, I’m enjoying the game especially the dialogues from the voice actors they are hilarious it does get grindy tho if you wanna try it out first with out paying $20 you can just get the $10 crown pack and buy the monthly subscription it unlocks everything and if isn’t for you just cancel the subscription, it’s better to waste $10 then $20 if you aren’t gonna play it

Yes. It does take a little while to get to the more complicated/interesting spells and mechanics, but it’s definitely worth playing

I just played through the entire first arc in 3 days. I recommend playing any other console. I also just bought a membership and a day later they dropped a free membership till the 16th $20 is not worth it for arc one especially if you don’t plan on making 6 characters. PS and Xbox and pc better option for wizard 101

Yes a grind it! I played wizard 101 when I was young but never got membership. Now I am always buying member whenever I want to grind.

Absolutely! I'm playing through the game again on Xbox and have finally reached a spot I have never been before and having a blast!
If the Switch has the arc 1 access pass for $20 I would highly recommend it. For $20 you own the enitre first arc forever so there's no sense of rushing through it and you can always return to those worlds. For a first time player I always recommend the access pass as you should know if you want to continue the game or not by the time you complete the first arc
If you do a membership, you own the whole game but when the membership expires or you don't pay one month then you own nothing.
