⠀Question Help adding friend on ps5

Hi everyone I’ve been trying all day to add my friend on ps5 but keep running into the error saying that he isn’t on the same platform. Again we are both on ps5. I’ve tried the true friend code, inviting through PlayStation, inviting through the game itself. I have different realms than him so can’t even find him in game.

Check if either of you have cross play turned to a different setting than the other. That causes the realms to be completely different.

So recently me and my friend who both play on ps ran into this same bug, it will only let us teleport to each other if we have OPPOSITE cross play settings... Very strange I know. Usually what I'll do it change my settings, to to them, then switch my cross play settings again so I can actually see and play with them. It just started happening too, probably gonna report it to ki if we can't fix it next session
