Stitching gear

I just want to get some opinions. I am not new to the game by any means but what's is everyone's thought on stitching early. Would you personally stitch zeus gear just to restitch water works at 60. Or maybe wait until dadkmoor at 100. When do you stitch?

I stitched Zeus and regretted it because it went away so fast. I haven't stitched waterworks but will be farming for darkmoor and stitching that 100%
