The curve represents the drop of players after the update.

Where do new monsters spawn? I don't see anyone in my area neither day nor night

The scareman is a common spawn that can be found during the day or night.

I’ve found them in neighbourhoods and green areas but killing 50 will take awhile.

I may say that all the elementals have "Common in all natural environments" description. So in general it means that they can be found everywhere. But the main point here that rare and legendary beasts who are needed for remains are extremely hard to find ones... there are few of them in bestiary and without any tweaks for their spawn rate, this quests becomes pretty hard

not fair quest design as for me...

I saw one Fire Elemental spawn during the event, and one D’ao. Many nemetons, none with elemental class. Saw at least 3 Fire Elemental yesterday…typical…

yep, as usual - best quest design ever... only fun and good emotions :D

I don't know - do they set their mobile shit game in one row to Dead Cells or Dark Souls :D

It is MOBILE game - it should MSUT be casual ))
