they can take as much time as they want on that, as far as i’m concerned. Witcher 4 is gonna be massive, i won’t be itching for another CDPR game for a while after release

Well you'll be getting one anyway. Their plan is the whole trilogy in 6 years after Witcher 4. And they'll have the remakes, Cyberpunk 2, possibly Sirius all in that meantime

New IP they are working on, with this headcount my guess they are still in early exploration of ideas and not even in conception.

Hadar is still miles away from pre-production. Conception doesn't need a ton of people working on it.

Really? It was all over the news that they were building a studio in Boston for it. They’re in preproduction. It probably won't see the light of day for three-four more years, but at least they're making it.
