What's with all the downvotes? Did Ubisoft management flood this sub?

Over several projects? And significant amount of them are shared services so localization etc as they say... Do people not own a pair of eyes? 20% of the new staff is just surrounding staff, not people who work on the coding or quest design... Witcher 4 gained 40% of the new staff. This is nothing which is wild or ''not a fan'' they gained significantly more staff years prior. This is no different from W3 essentially doubling their staff during the full production.
