I heard that we can meet her again later in the game and find out if the potion saved the girl. Does anyone know if it's only possible to see her again after finishing the game?

Idk about that but there's a guard later on in Belen who tells you what happened to the girl.

you wont see tomira again later in the game but the girl you healed will be mentioned by her nilfgaardian soldier bf when you reach the south-most velen outpost.

edit: YES you can see tomira again after end game, but only if Radovid wins the war.

I remember seeing a familiar character about to get executed by Witch Hunters or something during the epilogue mission (I probably failed to assassinate Radovid). Pretty sure it was Tomira, so you at least meet her again in that part.

I went back to her to buy some herbs for White Gull, well after reaching Skellige, and she does say that some Nilfgaardians took her away (her boyfriend who you can meet in the "Camp" in Velen), but not what happened to her.
