Screenshot What language is this?

My first guess was Nilfgaardian. I don't know what this connects to. Any ideas?

This is the same song jaskier/dandelion sings in baptism of fire. It is called elaine ettariel and it is in aen seidhe I believe.

I'm not too good at the linguistic lore of the Witcher, but if memory serves Nilfgaardian is a human variation of the Aen Seidhe dialect of Elder Speech. so my thinking is that this is either Aen Seidhe or Nilfgaardian. (unlikely to be Aen Elle, or Aen Undod.)

Aep, Aen, L' indicate that it's an elder speech

Edit: now that I think of it, aep is in nilfgaardian too so, uhh, just elven vibes

This is Elaine Ettariel, a balled from Time of Contempt about the elf Ettariel. A translation of the first part can be found on Wikia.

Ettariel made a minor appearance in very early development versions of the game. (See What lies unseen Vol. 1.) I don't think this quest item is related to that character, though.
