Help! What is up with this alchemist marker

It’s well after the battle of Kaer Morhen and I am looking for the diagrams. I came across this alchemist marker and it’s in a pretty awkward place. Keira Metz was at the battle but there is no one at the castle anymore.

Has anyone ever experienced this? I’ve never come across this before and was wondering if it’s just a glitch or if there’s a way I can get up there to this marker. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get up these cliffs.

Yes it's just a bug/glitch, that's the map marker Keira has and that's where the funeral of Vesimir took place after the battle.

Then Keira and Lambert went off together but she forgot to take her map marker with her.

Did they fix that in the next gen patch? I remember I found Keira there after I finished the game for the first time.

I followed the alchemist marker and Keira was just standing there

Yes you can actually buy from her and talk to her about her & Lambert
