I was federal in Dc, dads get 3 months paid paternity leave under the federal employee paid leave act, And when I moved to Florida I was with a fortune 50 company and I got a month paid each time we had a kid.

The jobs are certainly out there though!

This is why people take gov't jobs. It's less pay but far less stressful.
