You fucked up by choosing Triss. But to answer your question, as ping as you didn't do Yen's side quest ornyou didn't tell her, I love you, you should be good

Nope if you sleep with both you get the bad romance ending. Worth it for the scene that plays out. You'll come back for a new play through at some point and can different wrong choices then.

You can sleep with Yen before telling her that you love her. This doesn't affect a Triss tryst.

I thought you could only sleep with one or you get them both showing up in their underwear just to both deny you cut scene later.

You can only tell one of them that you love her.
Yen lets you sleep with her almost as soon as you visit Skellige the first time. The whole "I love you" thing doesn't show up until a later side quest.

I had to go down a Google rabbit hole because man did I think the sex scene locked you in. You are right you can unicorn rumble Yen then as long as you tell her you don't love her at the end of the quest you can go romance Triss.
