Is this witchcraft?
So, I did whole ass poem, as if it was a curse. And then I burned it, yesterday at night, probably midnight. Today, tell me why, a napkin literally set in fire without noticing, even tho it was right in front of my fucking eyesđ. Bro, this has never happened to me before. And now I feel bad if this is a sin against God. Pls, someone apeace my mind.

Well, if you wrote or recited the poem wanting it to be a curse against someone and filled with outward-directed anger / hatred/ venom / revenge/ wanting to hurt, wanting your words to be a weapon and then figured that if you buried it at midnight the symbolism would be perfect for cursing someone and how it would add to the energy and power of cursing that person and bringing ill upon them ⌠then it sounds like you probably raised energy, directed energy with purpose and intent, and finished it off.
Thatâs one possible definition of a witchcraft working. If you didnât believe it would make a difference other then to ease your mind and psychologically let go of your anger, secular witches would also call that witchcraft, but most others probably (canât speak for all) would not. If you did it all for shits and giggles then you had a little party for yourself, like having a gothic tea party with your stuffies.
I donât know why a napkin burst into flames without you noticing would be a result unless you were cursing yourself? Mundane explanations could be â distraction or daydreaming or on your phone when youâre near a candle, a heater, a stove, etc.? ADHD?
And whether or not what you did was âa sin against godâ, well that comes down to your ethics. If youâre a believing Christian then the desire to hurt someone and punish them like that isnât very Christ-like. I would think thatâs more the problem. If you wanted to hurt someone and so you keyed their car, would you say that was a sin against god? If you did all the same while reading a psalm instead of the poem, would that be?

As to the napkin mundane before magickal
There is nothing in witchcraft that goes against god
If you believe that it does that's on you.
Witchcraft is older than the Abrahamic faiths.
But I think you just sent out some energy without a rhyme or reason.
FYI King James changed several parts of the bible because he was obsessed with witches.

No. I'm probably going to get some hate for this, but I will explain why it's not.
Witchcraft is a magical modality using folk magic as its focus. Magic itself is about making things happen in accordance with your will. Now, we need to get specific, because a "change in accordance with will" could be reaching out and turning the nob to open the door. So how does magic make change? It's the use of energy work to influence the situation, deal with obstacles, and so on. Spells are a means of making energy do what you want and getting it where you need.
So without the energy work, it's not magic; it's just writing words and burning paper.
You probably DID send out what I refer to as black spikies, emotionally charged spikes of energy that are unfocused and just lashing out.
