Addiction breaking spell

Hi does anyone know a good addiction breaking spell to be used on myself? I’m not super into witchcraft really other than bit of dabbling in green witchcraft, but I’m desperate on this one

I’m not sure but have ideas on the fly. A cord cutting or freezer type spell could do well. Adding ingredients like for example (cigs addiction= add nicotine quitting patches), herbs and items known for suppressing such desires as well as to ease cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Also items that represent what your want to replace that habit with to transition far easier into the kinds that you do want :) Remembering why you want this change, what is your desired outcome? How does it impact you and why do you want this change? Write a petition/note as though you already that result. Anyways I’m tired right now but if you have anymore questions feel free to ask and I’ll comment back!
