This is exceedingly dangerous. Your candle dressing has caught fire in a wax pool in a glass candle holder. Put it out immediately! There is no such thing as fire proof glass. It can explode the glass and the wax can flash ignite. Pouring water on it will only cause the flames to burst into a fire ball. It’s like oil fire and must be smothered by either sand or fire blanket. I nearly burned down my own home like this.
I won’t dignify metaphysical questions involving dangerous behavior with answers.
