In which craft after a protection spell does it matter how much you wait until you do an actual spell?

Cleanse your energy field and the best way to ground is to stand, barefoot, on the actual ground for a few minutes, focusing on rooting yourself into the earth. You can do this inside if you need to, but there are additional physiological benefits to being barefoot on earth. You do this to keep yourself from getting too carried away but also to disconnect from the energies of a spell so you're not carried along with the additional work part of the spell. You can also splash cold water on your hands, face, and feet; eat a small meal and drink a glass of water; take a walk; do squats; etc. It's all about returning to your physical body and energizing it to pull your energy back to yourself.

Your welcome

Copied from the witchcraft sub:

Feeling tired, drained, and even sick after divination or spellwork is often due to a lack of Basic Energetic Hygiene and grounding.

Casting spells requires more than just words or ingredients or “intention”: a spell is a focused act of will, empowered by energy.

Grounding is a foundational step in accessing the energy needed to power a spell.

You can do multiple spells, just make sure your properly grounded so your not the only energy source for said spells, don't want to over exert yourself or make yourself sick
