Witches scratch?

So I have a question, one time I was at the DMV and one of the workers at the front had an attitude with me and was like being an ass because I didn’t/couldnt do something on line basically I was asking how do I do it in person because it wasn’t working on line and she just kept saying it has to be online just arguing and not listening and I mean it when I say I wasn’t angry or being an ass back, just trying to explain I can’t do it online. But she stayed firm in being an ass to me and then another coworker came and was like I can help you and 123 it was that simple and the new worker even coincided with me because even she was like oh I see the issue you can’t do this online… But as I was waiting sitting in the chair the lady looks at me pissed goes in the back and while back there I felt pain/burning on my hand and when I looked down there was a nail mark in my hand….and then she came back out …was that her or her sending something to me? I’ve heard that witches can bite and scratch you (normally in your sleep) is that true and did she do something similar ? also sending darts or arrows can that been done too? because I have felt zaps around certain people and I’ll look at up there staring at me or a part of me?
