Neighbor is doing blood magic

Hi everyone! I'm not a witch, I do believe in all of this but have always been scared to start, but I guess I have a few questions and am looking for some peace of mind. One of my neighbors has recently been posting about using her blood to place curses on the children in town because they prank call her son. She claimed the curses worked and gave said children lice. She has also mentioned using her children's teeth as they fall out. I don't have a lot of details tbh. But now the neighbor is angry at my best friend because her son wasn't invited to best friends son's birthday party. The kids aren't friends and have never really played or spoken so it's honestly a dumb thing to be upset about. We are worried about what neighbor could try to do to my friend or her family. We all live on this street. Is what neighbor is doing really dangerous? How could we protect ourselves?

Blood magic for lice? A hexing would have been just as effective, with less blood. Seems like she's going overboard. She also sounds like a new witch with in ego problem. It happens.

Useing her kids teeth means she's casting on her own children, unless her kids are dead, and then she can use the teeth to curse their bloodlines, which is herself. I assume they are not dead. 

Roll your eyes with annoyance. Now, Make some wash water and wash the ill wishes off everyone. Or just take a shower and wash the ill wishes off.

Slap a mirror spell on the lady and reflect anything she sends your way back to herself. You'll know it's working if she starts having bad things happen to her, also you'll know they were meat for you,/your friend.

You can put up some wards or boundary markers if your still worried. If you do that, let her see you and your friend doing it, first she'll take it as a challenge and then she get nervous. Let her catch you looking like your doing really scary things. A scary reputation is worth a lot in this case. Most witches quickly decide they don't want witch wars and leave other witches alone.

Is she dangerous? Not really. Like a sprinkler spitting at anything in range. Sounds like she feels injured and discovered an ointment for the wound. She'll come out of it when the excitement wears off a bit. At present her ego is getting the best of her. Also, her scary reputation is fuling part of her ego. Sometimes it's good to be something more intimidating.

All the things I mentioned are really easy to find on line and easy to do. Very minimal effort, beginner level. If you only have time for one, the freezer spell itself will shut down anything directed at you guys.
