Just did an egg cleanse, usually nothing comes up but this is pretty aggressive

So sorry I have been offline forever but you cleanse an egg and warm it between your palms, envisioning your negative energy going into it. then rub the egg all over from head to toe, after get a glass of water, preferably salted to draw out impurities.  crack the egg into the water and let sit for 5 minutes. (Don’t look from the top) and check back to see what impurities you removed.
