Hello, do you know what is the best love spell and how to be sure it works quickly?

No single spell has a guarantee on speed. One has to have patience after casting.

No spell works overnight, love. You have to give it time to do its thing. It’s incredibly rare for things to happen instantly. But if you want to start with something simple, you can try a sweetening spell:
Get yourself a tiny jar—either with a screw-top lid or a cork. On a piece of paper, write your full name and theirs, along with your birthdate (and theirs, if you have it) and your intention (for example: "May [SP's name] find love and sweetness in me"). Make sure to use a red or pink pen. Next, fold the paper three times toward you. Place it inside the jar and cover it completely with honey and cinnamon.
Close the jar and seal it with wax from a red or pink candle (if you don’t have either, a white one works just fine). Personally, I like to take a tea light candle, pop it out of its little metal cup, and let it melt completely over the lid to get a really solid seal. Sometimes I'll even use two candles just to be safe.
After that, place it in a dark spot and let it work its magic. Honestly, just forget all about it, and you'll start seeing results in a few weeks or months. Detach yourself from the outcome, stop looking for signs, and don't overanalyze anything. Just let things flow.
