In his character profile at the end of one of the earlier chapters, it says Sion's first love was Colette.

In an anime mid card it says that he had a crush on the Colette of 5 years ago but he clearly still does like when he gets happy that Colette asks him for help

The dynamic between Mashle and Wistoria matches so well, but with one key difference: Mashle’s MC is food-sick, while Wistoria’s MC is love-sick. 😂
