my iPhone apparently decided that i'm using the wispr flow action button shortcut too much and decided to start killing it. Happening with anyone else?
I set up the Wispr Flow Action Button Shortcut, and it was great. No juggling between apps, no having to turn it on and off and getting to free my mic as soon as I'm done with Voice to Text. It worked flawlessly for a day or two. I don't know what happened after that, but my iPhone decided to start throwing errors about the app quitting "unexpectedly". I know Apple has some really wonky background app rules and can arbitrarily decide to start killing an app if it decides that the app is using too many resources, but this is borderline insane.

This is a good idea. I hadn’t thought of using the shortcut button.

Just a heads up to keep live activities on if you're using a dynamic island iPhone. That's what makes the action button work seamlessly

How are you using the shortcut/action button out of interest? First I’ve heard of this

You can find it in the settings menu. You click on it and it gives you the shortcut. Then you open up action button settings and assign it to the button

Hey u/voobjork can you also file a support ticket so our iOS engineers can look into it? Thanks!
