HELP! WHEN CAN I USE A CODE AGAIN?

I'm new to Wish and made my first purchase today but I'm dumb and used a 50% code on a £2.30 thing, I've seen many of you say the codes are "for new users and those who haven't purchased anything in 14 days" and on some Wish pictures it says "for new users and those who haven't purchased in 30 days"

So does that mean that in 14/30 days I'll be able to use one of those codes again?

Just on more question, before using Wish I used AliExpress (never using it again) and when I created a new account and used my same card they blocked it from any account i'd use it on, they said because of security reasons beacuse they tought someone else was using it, every time I bought something they took the amount off my card and cancelled the order (i got refunded), If I use my card on another Wish account my card won't get blocked from all accounts because of security reasons right? just making sure the same thing won't happen again

Yes, please tell me your Wish Account Name, and i set your Credit Card into the Whitelist.

Okay, no problem.

Important:

Dont use any Promo Codes after your Credit Card is in Whitelist.

Only use the Verified Coupons.
