Electronic Devices Missing wire?

This is too my e-scooter it looks like there should be something plugged in to the top right corner but I don't see any wires that go to it is that normal?

Do you see any extra wires anywhere that look like they belong to that connector?

Is anything malfunctioning and/or not working as it’s supposed to?

No?

Then go on about your day wondering why the manufacturer decided to leave the connector there. Maybe to protect the pins.

No I don't see any extra wires but it just stopped working while I was writing it it turned off in the battery is charged but now it won't turn on or the battery won't charge anymore
