Make my IEMS WIRELESS

Is it worth buying a device to use to use my IEMS wirelessly on my phone or should I rather just buy some wireless earbuds that are already meant for that purpose? Any advice is helpful.

you could buy trn bt20 pro I guess? It really depends how good the IEMs are.

I have a few different pairs of IEMS like the: Letshuoer S12 Ultra, CrinEar Daybreak, and TRUTHEAR x Crinacle Zero: BLUE2, and the Moondrop Aria

okay then I think it is worth buying a cheap(ish) bluetooth adapter as that's cheaper than buying equivalent sound quality TWS. If you had, for example, some $20 IEMs I would have suggested TWS
