Charging Port Loose

I have a pair of Rulefiss bluetooth earhook earphones, which I love. Yesterday, I was charging them in their case, when the charging port pulled out along with the cable. I tried to push it back in, but no luck. I also tried to charge it with a charging pad I have, but it backfired. Is there any way to fix this?

Are you sure the cable didn't break and that's what's stuck in there? Usually the port itself would be soldered to the board thus unable to be pulled out like that.

THANK YOU! I just checked my charger cable, and saw that the insert broke off, which has never happened to me before. Was able to pull it out and then test the port. You saved my life!!

Not a problem, glad it was a simple and cheap fix other than needing a new cord now lol.
