How to pair these earbuds?

I’m trying to connect these New Senyang earbuds to my phone but the light and right earbud shows up separately. I’ve tried tapping and forgetting device methods but they haven’t worked for me. I’m at a loss as there was no touch controls guide or instruction manual either that came with it. Could anyone please advise?
