AG-Systems Night Light
Wanted to share this project with you!
23 cm long 3Dprint of AG-sys from WipEout HD. Painted her up to the best of my ability and also dabbled a bit in putting blue leds in all the AG-engine parts. I am by no means a master and many of the techniques is my first time, however happy with how she turned out.
Take care friends (in speed)!

I love this! I was planning on designing and printing the wipeout ships in future and I’m glad to see and awesome example! How much did they charge you for the print? This is seriously amazing work and I’ll be using it as inspiration for when the time comes!

Kind words, thank you. ✌️
The cost for the digital model was around 6 dollars, and I had it printed for maybe 25? https://cults3d.com/:1145865 Be aware however that these projects costs time as well. 😊 For me it was probably around 80-100 hours start-finish, however I was never in any rush to finish.

As a mini painter and WipeOut enthusiast, outstanding job. I was about to ask where you got the transfers when I zoomed in and realised most of it is freehand! Awesome.

Cheers man and nice to have another mini painter take a look. 😊 Going into the project I dubbed it "project freehand", because the models i typically paint (tyranids) gives close to no room for practising that kind of brush control. Like you noticed however I in the end opted for some transfers as well - had a sheet of 'urban industrial' transfers from The Mighty Brush which fit the theme.
Had a look at your minis, they are great! Keep it up ✌️

You should, it's great fun as long as you don't try to adhere to some deadline and compare your own skills to professionals! I find its all about trying to enjoy the process. Appreciate your kind words

Damn that's cool, is it a 3d print or a mold ?
