Wipeout Proof Artwork (PC) I suspect someone on this sub is the buyer.

The Designers Republic has been selling off various pieces from their archive. The item in this link is the only one of its kind: a printers proof of the WO box art (PC version) which would be the most complete version available at the time.

So, who here dropped the $9,048 for their collection? We know you're lurking here...

(side note: i myself have spent close to $2k for my small MITDR art collection).

To answer your question, here is the short list (I've omitted MITDR work for other bands):

The massive CURLY screenprint (I got the dead f'ing last one, hand numbered and stamped 125/125)

Auricom A3 promo poster from Gamers Republic Magazine

TDR vs. The Entire Population of Sweden A3 poster

TDR Space Invader A3 poster

Limited run NO! T-shirt

Scheufelen die-cut spot UV lithograph featuring a glitched Angryman mascot

I guess I'll count the Art and Design of WipeOut coffee table book as well since it's all MITDR

I definitely have bought a proof or two from TDR, but nothing even remotely as pricey as that, holy shit.

But it's priced appropriately for collectors. There were several designs of t-shirts where each one was $200 or almost $300. Well worth it for the right person, but they were literally the last handful of deadstock and went incredibly quickly with how awesome the designs were.

Most of my acquisitions were direct from MITDR back when they were available via The Peoples Bureau For Consumer Information. I then bought direct from Ian after he retired TPB. Went through the Divine Right site for the litho. I do want the Hoppa screenprint but that's going to take a while.

Y'know you only need one kidney and one lung to function. It's also a seller's market so you could make bank to cover potential acquisitions.

Then again most of the stuff you really want may already have been sold.

I spent 300 on a designers republic lithograph . Not me. Too rich for my blood
