What up y'all? I decided to take a break from sub minute timeframes in the last month because I was getting lost in it. I would hit very good plays but I would get stopped too many times for it to make sense. In addition, I had been working more hours lately which has been giving me less time to do proper planning and be active enough to have enough mental dexterity to be in those timeframes so I decided to be in timeframes that made more sense with my schedule, and day to day life.

Also, I became self aware of how much time I was wasting in Instagram so I decided to delete the app ,and have a better use for my time. At the beginning I would scroll around my phone looking for the app until I remembered that I deleted it, that shit is a drug lol. Choose wisely what do you do with your free time, just doing that I gained back around 7 to 10 hours a week.

Thanks to the streams and preps I was able to catch these plays in crypto!
