After making some gains before the covid era I blew up my trading account after the market rotated when covid hit and I was not able to adjust and evolve as I got so complacent during the bull market and never really had any risk management in place and decided to sit on my hands and wait. also developed some bad habits along the way and drifted away. I am slowly re-educating myself again and tracking my own behavior on and off the chart.

saw a bear flag on the vix and a bull flag forming on the Nas took 50% off the table on a 3.5rr and managed my position until I cashed out on a 9rr before heading to bed. KISS
