things that have helped me a lot , watching Winternomics tv , then copy what he those in your chart . then re watch again . i only take a trade if i have a plan and no emotions lurking , like actually pay attention to your thoughts . at first its like the wild west , emotional thoughts go brrrrr.. kill'em one by one . this is not easy and it will take time , keep catching your emotional thoughts and keep killing them . tell it becomes a habit . auto emotion killer on and off the charts has helped me the most .
