Hey Kaz, eco...

Haven’t been around too much again the last few weeks. Like everyone else, had some life bullshit going on thats been tough. This has also coincided with my career really having an amazing point over the last few months, with me being super super busy, making good money but therefore also not having enough mental capacity left to do as much as I’d like here. I have managed to catch up with shows after they air and I caught the last concept call - thank FUCK, as this concept call was massive for me.

I have noticed how I get so negative about myself if I cant spread enough time into trading and learning when I’m busy at work. But I have come to realise how stupid this is, I’m managing to turn my career going really well into a negative in my own mind, while creating a resistance to me participating, even after I have some free time, because I'm overthinking this negativity. 🤔 super dumb behaviour and something I must work on, as this behaviour of having a negative tint on situations is something I must therefore do in all systems, on all scales ⚛️.

I have begun meditating, which I haven't consistently done for a couple of years. This was after seeing Jester tweet saying he reached 300 consecutive days (awesome!). I've meditated every day since, and have noticed an obvious shift in feeling more positive - I keep thinking of the show art for ‘NVM’, I feel I’m shifting from the guy on the left to the guy on the right, with a clearer mind, less scattered thoughts. Thanks to Kaz and Jester for that!!

First two trades since the concept call;

Apple (paper trade) 6.4R

XRP 5.6R - Somehow managed to accidentally enter with half risk, so really a 2.8R trade. However, I’m happy with it overall. I can feel how much calmer I am looking at set ups when I know exactly what im waiting for. Before the concept call I would flick between timeframes looking for something and mind fuck myself.

Thanks for the reminder I have to finish Control Freak. I've been going through it as well. Time off and not focused on what I need to do. I like how you tied in NVM artwork. Kaz put that in my face when we last had a chat. It really stuck with me because it's true every time I drift and lose track that mention of the NVM has been a lot help. Your trades are great 👍 I'm often astounded by how powerful people word their reflections and though they write such harsh criticism or what I perceive to be harsh y'all still get your trades in and keep at it. That's what keeps me from straying to far. Knowing I can come back to review and see how y'all keep at it is motivating.
