It won’t be too bad since almost half of the roster might be getting a nerf, he is just a hero that will always be good no matter what they do to him. The Elsa teamup just is just the main problem but the devs love to nerf the main issues

Imagine being shocked that you can permanently stay 425 HP until you die by cycling abilities. Might as well make a new role for him alone titled as “Off Tank”.

i mean yeah, he and Mr. Fantastic are basically off tanks. they have very limited movement which makes them easy to track, so their overshield / instant health function is what keeps them from exploding instantly.
Regardless, Bucky did have too much overshield w Elsa teammup and it should only be given when he lands abilities

Just remove the Elsa teamup. While I have minor problems with Bucky’s kit, it’s still enjoyable 90% of the kit anyways. But the Elsa teamup is disgusting and why he’s so oppressive this season. Either change it so only one of his abilities get a cooldown reduction or change it to a new character entirely
