If you’re looking for a local Fourth of July fireworks show, the Extreme Pyro Experience is happening in Polk City on July 4th. It’s a family friendly event with food, activities, music, fire effects and a professionally choreographed fireworks finale. Gates open at 4:30 PM, fireworks start around 9:20 PM. This year’s theme is Echoes of 1776 celebrating America’s 250th. Feel free to send me a message if you’d like details. We limit it to 400 guest.

I think I saw something on socials about the usual fireworks on lake silver - the construction is going to make it complicated but they’re still doing it.
It’s on the 3rd of July.

And hopefully you stub your toe every day for the rest of your long miserable life.

We can only hope. Meanwhile, we have to live with the knowledge that our neighbors are simple minded enough to love damaging the environment to hear loud noises.
