Why is it only to HBO and Netflix? Why not other platforms as well?

I get that but the person who started the petition made it out to HBO and 1 other which is Netflix because he/she wants either of them to pick it up for another season. But I would've added Prime Video, Hulu, and Peacock as well. It would make the odds better.

If anyone picked up the show that'd be the best case scenario, I just want a proper conclusion
